Mint Indian Bistro - Best Indian Restaurant In Las Vegas Serving Authentic North and South Indian Food

WE HAVE TAKEN OUR FOOD PHILOSOPHY UP A NOTCH
Our food philosophy is simple, fresh, flavorful, and colorful food that appeals to all five senses. You are on our S. Durango Road location page. We opened this location to take our food philosophy to another level. With live food stations, a tandoor on the restaurant floor, a bigger lunch buffet, two full sports bars, a self-serve wine/beer by the ounce and a one-stop shop for your next event, this location is the ultimate dining experience.

It all began with a passion for food. Husband-wife entrepreneur duo Kris and Bindi Parikh wanted to bring authentic Indian food to Las Vegas along with a complete dining experience. The food philosophy: simple, colorful and flavorful food that appeals to all five senses. Conveniently located near the Las Vegas strip, our East Flamingo location has been attracting locals and tourists since 2008.

We broke new ground on December 3rd, 2016 with the grand opening of our second Mint Indian Bistro location in Spring Valley.
We regularly received requests for another location, so we looked far and wide for the right time and spot and found it here in Spring Valley. We didn’t want it to be just another Indian restaurant.
We wanted this restaurant to be a complete dining experience. At this location, we have the same great food and service, as well as our basic food philosophy of simple, colorful, and flavorful food that appeals to all five senses. In addition, we also have a live tandoor, a great space for private parties around our live tandoor for up to 40 guests (hibachi style), a 250 capacity eclectic banquet hall, and two sports bar featuring beer and wine by the ounce, in addition to our classic libations. The new location also boasts a  7,500 square foot, state-of-the-art, kitchen, and a spacious, open dining area with The Lassi Bar at center stage.
With this location, we have been able to bring our vision to life; and a brand new dining experience, like never before seen in an Indian restaurant in Las Vegas.
